Independence, self sufficiency, responsibility, trustworthiness, due diligence, head-strength and devotion are some of my best qualities with hard-headiness, stubbornness, and hot-headedness being some of my worst. I work as a butcher full time at a local grocery store for the amazing benefits. Before that, I was a culinarian and spent most of my young adult life in the sweat and heat of professional kitchens.
