“The grave's a fine and private place, But none I think do there embrace.
Now therefore, while the youthful hue Sits on thy skin like morning dew, And while thy willing soul transpires At every pore with instant fires, Now let us sport us while we may; And now, like am'rous birds of prey, Rather at once our time devour, Than languish in his slow-chapp'd power. Let us roll all our strength, and all Our sweetness, up into one ball; And tear our pleasures with rough strife Thorough the iron gates of life. Thus, though we cannot make our sun Stand still, yet we will make him run.”
--Andrew Marvell
Indeed, I'm looking for a slave girl for a LTR. Life should be lived with passion.
About me:
I'm a musician (guitar, bassoon, voice, other instruments) who accidentally turned writer and somehow ended up as a literature/writing/music professor. Life is strange. But cool.
I love the outdoors--hiking in the mountains, kayaking, cross-country skiing in particular. I live in the country on land I've turned into my own small forest (2,000 plus Norway spruce trees, along with various others), an orchard (apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots, cherries, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts and pecans), vineyard (red, green and purple grapes and kiwifruit) and vegetable gardens the past few years. I share my place with a dog and two cats. I'd like to share it with a love slave, ideally for life.
I confess that I'm playful and romantic. I like walks, sunsets, movies, art museums, discussions, and concerts of many sorts--classical, opera, jazz, folk, rock, world music....I'm not a genre person.
Interest or experience with Gor, the order of nature espoused in John Norman's books, will help illuminate my take on M/s--and where, incidentally, the best slaves are chosen for their "intelligence, beauty [in the broad sense], and femininity [vs. "trying to be men" instead of living fully as the wonderful, unique women they are by nature].” But I’m also not a raving Goraholic--it’s a philosophical framework, a set of ideas, not a religious manifesto. Nor am I a role-player. I’m a practical man in a real world.
Spiritually, I'm essentially a Taoist, living in tune with the nature of the world, and sexuality is an importance aspect of that world. Men don't live well and fully on their own, and a girl needs to be with a man she recognizes as able to master her.
I should add that slave means slave--living naked and ready 24/7 at home, dressed for ready access when we go out, expecting to be used at will, to obey and serve, to strive to please, and to be disciplined. Working outside at a career is fine--I believe a girl should grow and be developed, professionally and personally; just staying home all the time would be boring and create a boring person, and a man should make the most of his girl. At the same time, we of course live in a real world, and the above ideals will adjust to reflect that reality.
So why am I not already in a LTR? [I have come close.]
I have worked hard--very hard, with little time for "dating" or "relationships," despite my interest. I've been working for some time on new approaches to achieve a more balanced work life that are now paying off.
I've also worked at the expense of my home life--housekeeping alone remains a major casualty. But, that also will begin to gradually resolve shortly, as I have more time to address balance at home too. My home is humble, but with land clear for a new home I’ll put up one day, hopefully jointly with my girl.
I prefer a girl I come home to instead of going out to see, a girl I can take out as I please, in fact a reason to go out and have fun. I guess I'm looking for that long-term reason---not to mention all the caresses, kisses and sex I'm missing. Short term is nice while it lasts, but I'm hoping for more.
And, like most people, probably you too, I've been burned a few times. But what's past is past. Lessons learned, it's time to move ahead.
In short, just trying to make my way peacefully and meaningfully through this life, preferably with one true girl at my side. I'm basically a laid back person--though I certainly have my moments from time to time, I strive to maintain balance.
Now, all that said...I'm also not going to wall myself off from any interesting/promising new experiences/opportunities just because they didn't fit some preconceived notion. If you'd like to explore the possibilities, I'm interested.
I also believe that men and women belong together. I'm not talking about needs vs. wants, but rather the biological and social/psychological aspects of our nature. Man needs woman, and vice versa. We don't live fully without.
Shall we explore? Who knows. Only one way to find out. Ready?
Live well.
