I’ve always found these little boxes to be a little vexing. It’s easy
to rattle off a checklist of what I like and maybe toss in a few key
phrases here and there, but I never seem to really deliver the essence
of what I mean to say. I am simply me, after all – a unique amalgam of
kinks and perversions, dreams and desires, passions and playfulness, and
perhaps that ever-present dose of evil coupled with a little mind-fuck
now and again.
When it comes to BDSM, I subscribe to nothing yet embrace nearly
everything. I cherry-pick from the entire buffet of kink and simply do
what works for me. I believe being a Dom or Master doesn’t require one
to sacrifice manners or respect for another nor is it an excuse to be an
ass or otherwise so self-involved as to cause unnecessary and unwanted
pain. It’s hard enough to live life without drama without seeking to
invite even more into it.
In play I would label myself nearly equal parts a physical sadist and
a mental sadist, often seeking to blend them all together into a mix
that serves the moment. I’m eclectic in my tastes in BDSM – just as I
am in everyday living. I like what I like when I like it, and another
time may find me in the mood for something completely different.
I am a great lover of the softer side of BDSM that plays far more
with the mind and the senses than it does with the pain receptors.
Sensualism and touch are very often key as I seek to make some kind of a
connection with those a play with; to make not just a power exchange,
but also hopefully an energy exchange that will bind us together – Dom
and sub – Master and slave – in that perfect moment when all the worries
and confusion and pain of the world can melt away.
Right now, while I am indeed single, I'm taking a break from serious
relationships for a bit. That doesn't preclude the creation of intense
friendships or exciting play opportunities. It simply means that I'm not
actively "looking". Should intense friendships evolve into something
more over time ... then I'll take that as karma and simply go with it.

In the end, once you brush off all the drama and apprehension and
turmoil, there's a realization that we get one shot at life. Why
over-complicate it? Let's keep it simple, let's keep it alive. Let’s …
