1/24/2010 10:11:00 PM: I am in a rare pensive mood this evening. So I hope you will indulge me. If it were not for the few Women whom I have been blessed with meeting (and whom have become friends). And the other Women with whom I periodically correspond with, I am not too sure why I keep visiting this website anymore. Perhaps it is merely a habit these days.It is not that I am being unduly pessimistic about meeting my ideal partner through this site. It may happen, but perhaps due to my personality I am in the wrong place. Sadly it would seem that a number of the Women here must have had the all too common experience of meeting the stereotypical male who is interested in only one thing. Consequently they think that all men are cut from the same cloth and then make the mistake of assuming that I too will match their preconceptions. I guess that I am not like most men who frequent this place, as I am not wholly preoccupied with sex. Personally for myself I find it impossible to become intimate with someone until I have developed some feelings for that person. Which takes some time, and may never happen. Unlike the stereotypical Male - I am interested in quality experiences rather than quantity. In this regard I am less the water sprinkler male and more a gardener. I may in fact meet my partner here, and to be sure I have had some wonderful experiences. However, I cannot leap into bed as though I am in a relationship at the drop of a hat. Call it a personality defect if you wish. But because that is what it seems like most are here for, I may be in the wrong place to find what I am looking for.
