Said initial (and later training, when at sea) training shall be physically and intellectually demanding. Discipline will enforced because once we are beating to quarters in a real-life situation, there'll be precious little margin for error. Conditions at sea often make it necessary that crew and material are taken to their limits, as their duty requires. Be advised that a dress code is in effect. If you can't see yourself abide by the law of the sea or my orders, don't let the bulkhead hit you in the ass on your way out. Naval language and terms are not required in your application.
