  Now living in Central Florida we are rather fortunate. We have a thriving community. Places to learn, meet, gather, and just be who and what we are. Now I know alot of folks stick to ‘private’, which is fine. I did as well, up until earlier this year. I finally got the nerve to go to the Wood Shed. What a reward!! Family and friends, ties that I have never imagined possible.

Master Cecil offers an incredible space to do the aforementioned. It is more than just a space to go and get beat. (Although that isnt a bad thing either) The classes offered the subby and switch safe spaces, provide an outlet for us to just be ourselves with like minded others. Most of all, for single women, our community provides options to safely meet explore this lifestyle. 

For newbie’s, you have the opportunity to draw upon those who have been at this, for decades, in some cases. That goes for either side of the whip. This also isn’t just about a hook-up, (now granted, damn) but that is one of the first things I am asked about when approached about the Shed, or when I mention some of the specialty groups available. 

Girls, the support and friendship of your sister submissives is like nothing you will ever experience. That bond is something to be treasured, and dern, when there are options out there like The Littles (hope this is alright Brandi). A gathering geared towards babygirls, Daddy’s, Mommy’s, that specific of a group, that my friends is one hell of a resource.

The Orlando Munch can gather as many as a 100 at a time. The organizers are truly wonderful people. I adore them both. The VIPER Munch pulled in 89 people on their anniversary Munch. (Sorry FLICK, I don’t know.) But this is an amazing group as well. Mentioning those groups isn’t even taking into consideration SMACK, and a few others who I can’t remember. 

Yes there is sometimes politics, or cliques, but from the people that I know personally, there isnt an effort to shove truism down your throat. Hell, every individual works differently. 

Think about it folks. Maybe I am a bit overly enthusiastic, but I honestly believe that supporting our community betters us all.  

Now a brief non-community whore for myself..hehe..

Well what can I say? Submissive,bi, poly, extreme masochist involved in my local community. Fairly few limits and open minded as all get out.

Now I would like to add a slight disclaimer to the aforementioned collection of nouns. These are for descriptive purposes only, well all expect for the being involved in the local community. The rest of it by no means limits who and what I am. Maso doesn't equate unmanageable bottom (some of us adore pain, need it, yet still are control and service oriented submissives). Poly doesn't mean joining a bloody harem. Extreme doesn’t mean that I have any desire to exchange in health threatening (notice this goes beyond life here) scenes. I strongly recommend reading a few of my journals if you want a sense of me. Alright the whoring ones might not help a huge amount, but if ya do, you will find a capable functioning woman. One that knows her basic needs, wants, cant’s, wouldn’t, shouldn’t, and won’t.

I also am well aware of what I have to offer and contribute to any relationship and dynamic. Call it personal insight. If any of this bothers you, well what can I say... We all have responsibilities, and I am a firm believer that each person's first responsibility is to themselves and for themselves at the initiation of any endeavor. (Some consider that healthy and living by a strong personal moral code)

Now all of this is said in my rather no nonsense manner. Not always a blessing, that.. As usual I lean towards the exact, and attempt not to leave much in way of grey.
