I am here for the message boards, to get different perspectives, to keep in contact with some of the interesting people I have met so far and maybe make some new friends.
A little about me as a person:
I am a bookworm at heart. I am also typically quiet and reserved in public and playful, bubbly and goofy with friends and family. I do have a shy streak, and some mistake that for weak. I am actually a very strong and independent person. I am also very curious, and love to learn new and interesting things. I volunteer a significant amount of time to a non-profit community service agency. I have no biological children and am not interested in having any. For the last 2 years I have also been going to school. I am on a break though until next fall.
I have had a somewhat colorful and “checkered” past, but I have worked hard and made my life healthy and positive. Some would assume that it has jaded me, but I feel like it has made me a deeper, more compassionate and stronger person. I wouldn’t change any of it, because I have learned from and grown due to every experience.
I am a cuddly, snuggly and affectionate person. Physical contact is very comforting for me and is critical for me in a relationship.
I have been bisexual since I can remember. I didn’t understand until I was into my teens that not everybody was. It just seemed natural to me to be attracted to the person and their energy, not be limited to gender/sex.
