Some people think of me a geek. There is some truth to that; geeky degrees, job and hobbies. But I like to think of myself as a free spirit that simply follows my passions. Sometimes I get so wrapped up in what I’m doing that I’m not as socially aware as I should be, that’s when the geek comes out. Fortunately, I've spent enough time fixing the cool kids' computers that some of their coolness has rubbed off on me. That lets me go out in public and fool most everybody, except I'm wearing a Star Wars T-shirt under my polo.
I have a quirky sense of humor. I quote movie lines at wildly inappropriate moments. I drive my convertible with the top down in winter (crank the heater). I like rocking out to AC/DC and am a freak for zombie movies. I like my steaks rare and my sushi fresh. And bacon, I love bacon. I'm an independent thinker. I am comfortable in my own skin. I revel in the things I like, and avoid that which I don’t. I’m always up for having fun and starting new adventures. If you’re the kind of woman who just can’t relax and have fun, you probably won’t like being around me.
I'm looking for somebody to do all the fun things with (I can take care of the boring stuff like dishes and laundry myself). We can drive around with the top down (and the A/C on), go to the range, play paintball, grill on the deck, go salsa dancing, play board games with friends, hit the gym, movie night (I'll bring the popcorn), rock out to AC/DC, float the Guadalupe, stroll down the river walk, take in a concert. The possibilities are endless.
I put together a quiz to help see if you and I could get along. Cosmo does quizzes all the time, so I can do one too. The answers are at the end. Don’t cheat by looking ahead.
- What is another name for Standing Rib Roast?
- What TV character popularized the phrase ‘Live long and prosper’?
- What is the nome de guerre of Edward Teach?
- What game is known for using a 20-sided dice?
- What movie genre is George Romero known for popularizing?
- Who famously crossed the Rubicon?
- Did you like ‘Twilight’ or ’50 Shades of Gray’ more?
Give yourself a point for each correct answer.
- Prime rib (yummy with horseradish sauce)
- Spock from the original Star Trek series.
- Blackbeard the pirate (yeargh! me hearty!)
- Dungeons & Dragons (which is like fantasy football, except not for jocks)
- Zombie movies (Night of the Living Dead is the classic zombie movie. Brains!)
- Julius Cesar in 49A.D. He crossed the Rubicon with his army and began a civil war.
- Trick question. Give yourself a point anyway.
Also give yourself a point if you cheated and used google to find the answers. It shows initiative and I like that. Your score means:
0-1 points You don’t get out much do you? The next profile might be better for you.
2-3 points It’s a long shot but you never can tell.
4-5 points Now we’re getting somewhere. You’re intriguing and sending me a message would be a good idea.
6+ points OMG, we are probably soul mates! We were unicorns together in another life. You should send me a message four hours ago.
So what do I want in a woman? Well, that’s easy. I want a combination of Jenna Jameson for the bedroom, Martha Stewart for the house, Giada De Laurentiis in the kitchen, Ayn Rand in conversation, Mary Poppins for the kids, Charlize Theron’s body, Christina Amphlett’s voice, and Mother Theresa’s heart.
I’m new to BDSM community. After reflecting on my past relationships I’ve realized there was conflict in them because my women constantly fought me for dominance. Apparently I chose poorly. Having learned my lesson, I’m looking for a submissive woman who will revel in my dominance.
I am a naturally dominant and ‘take charge’ man. It’s who I am and how I behave naturally. While I have no experience in being a master, I plan to amplify my normal tendencies and adjust based on feedback and experience. Fortunately, I’m a quick study and pick things up quickly.
I prefer women who appear younger than me and are relatively slender. I'm not looking for a live-in or 24/7 relationship. I honestly don't have the time to assume so important a responsibility. Work takes too much of my time & I wouldn't be able to devote enough time to my lover. I'm looking more for dating leading to an LTR.
If you've read this far and are interested, I'd suggest that we exchange a few emails and perhaps chat on IM. If we click electronically, I'll propose meeting someplace for drinks or ice cream, something simple. Someplace public so we feel safe and can see if there is any physical chemistry. If the first meet goes well, we can schedule a follow on meeting and perhaps start dating. Once we are comfortable with our vanilla sides, we can start talking about our more exotic desires. This will take a bit of time to fully explore each other 's personality & character.
Oh, one last thing. I am not going to send you a picture of my wiener over the internet. Ever
