my two major surgeries on my large intestine last year. Late last year
I felt much like Rip Van Winkle waking up one day and looking back and
feeling like I was asleep for way to long. Thanks to the removal of
toxins in my body after the two surgeries, and help of some very close
friends, I am evolving into a man that I only hinted at previously. It
is good to be alive and I am learning to slow down and notice the
nuances in many parts of life.

My two surgeries this year are done and over with. My healing process is over. With the toxins removed from my body I am now a new man seeing things clearer and more intelligently than ever before.
Interesting how I have come out of my recovery process and in a short time accomplished more in two months than I have in three years with my private parties and social life.
Those that I knew before are some how stuck in my past and I have moved forward to welcome my new friends in my new life.
No regrets or tears will be lost over them, only wide eyed wonder as to what I will do and organize next.....
