I love great conversations and getting to know people. I really enjoy the deeper mental connection that comes with getting to know someone. A relationship involving BDSM, to me, needs all of the things that a vanilla relationship would have, such as trust, honest, mutual respect, open communication, shared interests, etc.
For me, submission means that the sub derives happiness from serving the Domme's needs, rather than merely wanting his own list of kinky fantasies fulfilled. True submission is service both sexually and non sexually. It's about making the Domme's life easier and happier.
I've recently come to the realization that I have Dominant tendencies with some people and would very much like to explore being on the other side. I've had experience as a sub and am excited about having a sub of my own. I should say that I am either 100% sub or 100% Dom depending on the person and the dynamic that develops. I think that one partner in a relationship will always be more naturally dominant or naturally submissive and you should go with what is natural.
